Processing

All orders are shipped within 3 working days. If this is not possible and your order is unable to be processed in this time you will be contacted via email to make alternate arrangements.

Payment

Payment is via credit card and Paypal is used to ensure security. After you have confirmed your order and shipping charges have been added, you will be redirected to the Paypal website to make your payment. Shipping and Handling

Items incur a shipping and handling charge which is calculated by weight, and is added to your order at checkout. Domestic Orders are shipped via Australia Post and take 1-6 working days. International orders are shipped Air Mail or Economy Air Mail as requested at checkout. Air Mail will take 3-10 days, and Economy Air will take 2-4 weeks. International shipping charges are not inclusive of the destination countries duty and custom fees.

Saves Nine reserves the right to refuse service and/or limit quantities to anyone at their discretion.
